About Me

Who Is Brandon Harper?

For much of my life, I thought success was about what you achieve. Today, I believe it's about who you become.

I didn't take the traditional path. With only a high school diploma, I built a career in Corporate Banking and Finance and earned the role of Vice President. That journey taught me that discipline, consistency, humility, and a willingness to keep learning can open doors many people never think are possible.

My greatest transformation happened outside the office. After weighing well over 300 pounds, I realized I needed more than a physical change. I needed a change of heart, mindset, and purpose. Last August, I was baptized and recommitted my life to Christ. That decision continues to shape the man I'm becoming every day.

I'm not here because I've mastered life. I'm here because I've experienced what it's feels like to struggle, start over, and keep moving forward. I still face challenges, I still make mistakes, and I'm still growing. But I've learned that real growth isn't about becoming perfect. It's about becoming intentional.

When I'm not coaching or working, you'll usually find me watching football, traveling, enjoying live events, spending time with family and friends, or serving my community. Those moments remind me that success means very little if you don't have faith, meaningful relationships, and people to share life with.

The Masculine Gent was created to help men grow physically, mentally, spiritually, financially, and socially. My mission is to walk alongside men and equip mothers with practical tools to help raise strong, confident young men.

I don't have all the answers, and I'll never pretend to. What I can offer is my experience, accountability, encouragement, and a genuine desire to help others become the person God created them to be.

Because becoming the standard isn't about perfection. It's about choosing, one day at a time, to become a little better than you were yesterday.
